Medi-Cal Medically Tailored Meals Program
Our Medically Tailored Meals (MTM) Program is available to Medi-Cal Health Insurance members in Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. The program is available to Medi-Cal members with a qualifying medical diagnosis and requires a minimum 12-week commitment (renewable as long as your condition continues). Members have access to our full menu of SoupMeals and can receive up to seven containers delivered directly to their homes once a week on Thursdays. If you are currently enrolled with another MTM provider and wish to switch, we can help you cancel your current subscription.
